it’s all that’s standing in the way of me and the end of law school.
sadly, roux has gone to a new family. he’s an absolutely sweet pup, but needs a home with a full-time at-home human and without any kitties. mr. y has finally come out of hiding and is exploring every nook and cranny of the new house.
it’s all that’s standing in the way of me and the end of law school.
this girl is graduating from law school in exactly 30 days. between now and then, i will:
1. complete my editing responsibilities for the seattle journal for social justice;
2. write 2 papers for my classes;
3. go to trial for one of the domestic violence cases i am prosecuting;
4. travel to new mexico to attend a conference and accept an award for winning a national legal writing competition;
5. move myself, my boy cat, and my king-sized pillows to a new home on the olympic peninsula;
6. begin my new job with the skokomish tribal court; and
7. spend time with my amazing family and friends, who are coming from far and wide to celebrate with me.
have i told you lately how lucky and grateful i am for this life?
